Offer valid Thursday, May 21st through Monday, May 25th, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST, while supplies last.
Customers who spend $75 or more in a single transaction, after discounts and before taxes and shipping, are eligible to receive one complimentary hat. Customers may choose from four select hat styles available when your cart reaches the threshold, while inventory lasts.
The following conditions apply:
• Cart subtotal must meet or exceed $75 after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
• Limit one complimentary hat per qualifying order.
• Promotion only valid online at katinusa.com not available through the Shop App. If order is placed through the Shop App, please reach out and we can assist you in manually selecting a free hat to include in order.
• Complimentary hats are limited to the select styles presented during checkout and cannot be substituted.
• Offer valid only on orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
• Complimentary gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• If items from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining subtotal falls below the $75 threshold, the retail value of the complimentary hat may be deducted from the refund.
• Promotion valid while supplies last.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or inventory availability.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns, exchanges, or refunds if we determine that return behavior is excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:
