HOW DO I JOIN THE KATIN VIP PROGRAM?
Joining is free. Create an accounthere using your name and email address. Once your account is created, you will automatically be enrolled in the Katin VIP Rewards Program.
If you already have a Katin website account, you are already enrolled in the program—no additional steps are needed.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A VIP?
As a Katin VIP, you’ll earn points on every purchase, unlock exclusive discounts, and enjoy access to product drops and special offers before the general public. Members also receive birthday rewards, seasonal perks, and additional benefits as they progress through the tiers.
DO I NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF I ALREADY HAVE ONE?

IF I'M SIGNED UP FOR MARKETING EMAILS OR SMS, AM I PART OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM?
Subscribing to marketing emails or SMS does not automatically enroll you in Katin VIP. You’ll need to create a store account to activate your rewards and start using your points. [https://katinusa.com/account/register]
I HAVE PURCHASED BEFORE BUT NEVER CREATED A REWARDS ACCOUNT — DO I STILL HAVE POINTS?
Yes. All customers begin earning points automatically, even before activating their rewards account. Once youcreate an account, any points you’ve already earned from past purchases or sign-ups will appear in your balance.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE EMAIL ADDRESS?

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN?
Never. The program is completely free to join and enjoy.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?
No limits, the more you shop and engage, the more you earn.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
When checking out, use the slider in your cart to apply your available points. Your discount will be applied instantly.
HOW DO POINTS CONVERT TO DOLLARS?
CAN I USE MY REWARDS IN-STORE?
Currently, rewards can only be used online at katinusa.com.
HOW DO TIERS WORK?
Your tier is determined by how much you spend in a calendar year. The more you spend, the more benefits you unlock, like faster point earning, early sale access, and exclusive rewards.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MOVE UP A TIER?
When you level up, your new perks are applied automatically. Bonus points for reaching Silver andGold are instantly added to your rewards account — no action required.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I MOVE UP A TIER?
You’ll receive an email welcoming you to your new tier, and your status will update automatically on your Rewards Page.
HOW LONG DO I KEEP MY TIER?
You’ll keep your tier for the remainder of the current calendar year and the following year.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, your balance will reset to zero, and you will return to the base tier.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ORDER FOR WHICH I USED REWARDS?
If you return an order, the amount you paid (after discounts) will be refunded to your original payment method, and any points you redeemed will be credited back to your account.
WHAT IF I EARN POINTS ON A PURCHASE AND THEN RETURN IT?
Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your account balance.
HOW DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY REWARD?
Add your birthday to your account at least 30 days in advance. On your birthday, we’ll add points to your account.
HOW DO REFERRALS WORK?
Invite friends to join Katin VIP by sharing your unique referral link (found on your Rewards Page). When your friend makes their first purchase, both of you will earn rewards.
WHY DIDN’T I SEE MY POINTS AFTER CHECKOUT?
Points usually appear after the order is fulfilled. Ensure you are signed in to your account when placing the order. If you don’t see them, check your Rewards History or contact Customer Support [vip@katinusa.com]
I REFERRED A FRIEND, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE POINTS — WHY?
Referrals only count if your friend is a first-time Katin customer and completes their purchase using your referral link. You’ll receive an email confirmation when points are credited to your account.
HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS AT CHECKOUT?
Once you’re signed in, you’ll see your available points above your cart total. Use the slider to apply your reward before completing your purchase.
HOW IS FREE SHIPPING APPLIED?
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for domestic U.S. orders over $75.
