Shipping policy

All orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are fulfilled starting at 8:00 AM the next business day after the order is placed and are typically handed off to the shipping carrier by 3:00 PM the same day. You will be sent a tracking number via email. This should update from the carrier by 7pm. 

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If there are any issues with your order, such as incomplete or incorrect shipping information, processing may be delayed until we receive the necessary details from you. We will reach out via email to remedy this as soon as possible. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer USPS and UPS shipping options within the United States.

  • USPS First-Class and Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and selected carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors out of our control, including severe weather or carrier service interruptions.

All orders ship from California. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Transit Times

  • USPS Priority: Typically within 5 business days, depending on destination

  • UPS Ground: Typically within 5 business days, depending on destination

Shipping & Handling (Domestic)
Shipping rates are calculated based on your ZIP code at checkout. Orders shipping within California will incur applicable state sales tax.

Please note:

  • Orders will not ship until they are fully processed

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship internationally through our cross-border shipping partner, BorderGuru. International orders are processed with landed costs shown at checkout, which means applicable shipping charges, duties, and taxes are calculated before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier schedules. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, international shipments may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

BorderGuruhelps manage cross-border shipping, customs processing, documentation, and logistics for our international orders. In most cases, customers will notbe required topay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery when those charges have been collected at checkout.

If a package is delayed, held by customs, or returned due to incorrect address information or refusal of delivery, we will work with the carrier and BorderGuru to resolve the issue where possible. Additional charges related to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refused shipments may be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.

Invalid Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for certain carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

Billing & Notifications
You will only be charged for items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and taxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed off to the carrier.

International Returns
