Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on katinusa.com within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee applies to all eligible returns submitted through our return portal.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus the applicable return shipping fee. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If your return is received outside of the 30-day return window, we may be able to offer store credit at our discretion.
