We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased on katinusa.com within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a return is received outside of the 30-day return window, we may be able to offer Katin store credit at our discretion.

Returns

To start a return, please use our online return portal. A return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.

An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability.

If an item requested for exchange is no longer available, the return will be processed according to our standard refund policy.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at shop@katinusa.com so we can assist you.

The $8.00 return shipping fee does not apply to approved returns resulting from an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable $8.00 return shipping fee.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

After your refund has been processed, please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after that time, please contact us at shop@katinusa.com.

International Returns

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at shop@katinusa.com for assistance.
