If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please click the 'start a return' button below. You will need to provide your order number/email and Katin will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not refund for e-gift cards.
Keep in mind that exchanges are handled as returns. Once you email us your order number, feel free to purchase your new desired item(s) from our website at any time.
Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted return window, we will then refund your original form of payment minus the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund a different form of payment. If you return your items after the return window limit we may be able to offer you Katin web-store credit.
