Katin Rider Zack Flores in SURFER Film 'Handmade'

Latest release from SURFER Magazine featuring Katin rider Zack Flores, 'HANDMADE | A Tribute To Surfers Who Build Their Own Surfcraft,' staring Tyler Warren, Ryan Burch, Jared Mell, Derrick Disney, Andrew Doheny and Zack Flores.

“In November, six surfers known for their skill in lineups ad shaping bays alike, came together to talk design and build surfboards in a barn in Northern California. After six days of mowing foam, the crew took off to chase waves around the world and put their new handmade creations to the test.”

“I feel like everyone who doesn’t make their own board is set back to a point. When you shape your own board, you know everything that’s going on while you’re surfing.” - Zack Flores. 

Zack used Ryan Burch's and Derrick Disney's templates and mixed them together to create his very own 5’3 twin fin. "Derek showed me how to do that. I’m pretty excited for it.”
