If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please click the 'start a return' button below. You will need to provide your order number/email and a return shipping label will be emailed to you so you can return the item(s) by mail. A flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not refund for e-gift cards.
Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted return window, we will then refund your original form of payment minus a flat rate cost of return shipping. We cannot refund a different form of payment. If you return your items after the return window limit we may be able to offer you Katin web-store credit.
Any products listed "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
